Rock the Socks Giving Program & Design Competition

校友 who graduated from 2021-2023 and current students were invited to take part in our Rock the Socks initiative. Spartans within this group submitted up to three original YCP-themed sock designs up until Friday, 10月13日, 2023. This group voted for their favorite finalist on Wednesday, 10月18日, 2023 and voting ended on Friday, 10月27日, 2023. The winning socks will then be distributed to eligible student and recent graduate donors this fiscal year (between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024). This year's winner is Charlie Dangler '24! Student 校友 Board

Student 校友 Board (SAB) is a group of student leaders who serve as ambassadors for the Department of Development and help achieve increased engagement and philanthropy from alumni and students.

They promote a culture of philanthropy on campus, educate peers about the importance of alumni and student giving, and aid in supporting their favorite areas of YCP. They create new traditions and foster pride throughout the campus community.

Members have exclusive benefits, including:

• 校友 networking opportunities for potential internships and jobs
• Great experiences for resume-building and career-preparedness
• Priority selection for high-profile events
• 校友 event attendance
• Professional and fun swag

Thank a 给r Day, 或标签的一天, is a celebration of the effect that philanthropy has on the York College community. 标签的一天期间, students take the time to share messages of gratitude with donors whose contributions make the YCP experience possible. 学生 also learn about the ways that alumni, 教师, 工作人员, 父母, 朋友, and fellow students have left their legacy at York College.
